The SLIC Social Committee is responsible for planning and executing social events for the lake community. Social events include:

- Season kick off party

- Meet in the middles

- Fourth of July boat parade

- Fourth of July ice cream boats

- Kids fishing tournament

- Winter Moose Ridge social
